Disney on Ice at the Arena starts tomorrow!



Join Mickey Mouse and his friends for the Disney On Ice production of Mickey's Search party. This brand-new immersive ice skating experience brings the magic closer to fans than ever before through engaging elements that take place on the ice, in the air and in the seats, as performer athleticism mixes with acrobatic and aerial stunts to bring skating skills to new heights. An exciting participatory adventure told through multi-leveled performances that immerse fans into the fantastic worlds of Disney-Pixar's Coco, Frozen, Moana, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Toy Story and The Little Mermaid.

An Evening with Chevy Chase coming to the Fox Nov 29



Fox Presents has announced a very special Thanksgiving weekend event in Spokane at Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox: An Evening with Chevy Chase, with a 30th Anniversary screening of his holiday classic movie, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation on Friday, November 29 at 7:30pm.

Tickets start at $63 and go on sale to the general public tomorrow, Friday, October 18, 10am at foxtheaterspokane.org or the box office at 1001 W. Sprague Avenue, or 509-624-1200.


Make a difference at the 16th Annual Pumpkin Ball October 26



Benefiting the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and the Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, The Pumpkin Ball is an annual fundraising gala. The event is Saturday, October 26 from 5-11pm at the Davenport Grand Hotel. Presented by Banner Bank, The Pumpkin Ball financially supports our community's most vulnerable children. The evening will include a silent and live auction, a local celebrity pumpkin carving contest, live entertainment by The Cronkites, and more.

Spokane Symphony Masterworks Concert this weekend at the Fox



The Spokane Symphony presents Masterworks 3, featuring Shostakovich's First Cello Concerto and Prokofiev's Third Symphony, at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox this Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20. Special guest is international cello star, Joshua Roman with Conductor Morihiko Nakahara.

Performance times are Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 3pm. There is a pre-concert talk one hour before each performance. Tickets are available at 509-624-1200 or www.spokanesymphony.org.


This week's music at Arbor Crest

Arbor Crest's Fireside Indoor Music Series continues with two concerts this weekend. On Friday, October 18, Sara Brown performs and on Saturday, October 19, Into the Drift will take the stage. Music runs from 5:30-7:30pm, with wine, beer and food available for purchase.

One Heart Native Art & Film Festival at The Bing starting tomorrow



The Inland Northwest is home to a rich community of Native American artists, writers, filmmakers, and musicians. One Heart Native Arts & Film Festival celebrates their collective contributions to the cultural life of the region with a two-day festival, this Friday and Saturday, October 18 & 19 at the Bing Crosby Theatre and the Unfinished Space in downtown Spokane.

The mission of One Heart Native Arts & Film Festival is to share and showcase innovative, compelling, and empowering stories from Native perspectives through film, art, and music, celebrating the diversity and vitality of contemporary Native culture in our community today.

The Spokane Symphony presents the Music of Harry Potter



Ancient Tales of Magic: The Music of Harry Potter and Halloween - an interactive concert experience with the Spokane Symphony under the baton of Professor Morihiko Nakahara. There will be music, magic, dance, and fun in the lobby of Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox. Dress up as your favorite Harry Potter character and be there 90 minutes before the show for games, prizes and lots of fun.

Three performances, Saturday, October 26 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday, October 27 at 3pm.
