Robert Plant coming to First Interstate Center September 29



Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters will make a stop in Spokane at the First Interstate Center for the Arts on Sunday, September 29 at 8pm. Plant's internationally acclaimed latest album, Carry Fire, was named by Rolling Stone as among the '50 Best Albums of 2017'.

The M Show coming to the Cracker Building May 23-24



Join in the fun of The M Show's Percussion Edition, created and hosted by Spokane Symphony concertmaster, Mateusz Wolski, with special guest, boxer Chauncey Welliver, The Hillyard Hammer. This edition focuses on all things percussion, with scientific, musical and comedic exploration of instruments that crash, bang, beat, strike and knock. Mateusz will be joined on stage Spokane Symphony percussionist Rick Westrick, aka Rick the Butler, and several musicians from the orchestra. Performances of classical selections along with a twist of rock and pop, and a bit of comedy and entertaining short videos, will make it a fun and enjoyable concert.

Inland Northwest Opera announces 2019-2020 season



Inland Northwest Opera (INO) recently announced a new season offering a variety of programming and venues to bring the art form to life in our region. Formerly 'Opera Coeur d'Alene,' the organization has transformed into a new identity as INO to serve a broader audience who may experience offerings in both Washington and Idaho.

Thomas Rhett at the Arena May 17



The 2018 CMA Music Video of the Year winner, Thomas Rhett, is bringing his Very Hot Summer Tour to the Spokane Arena on Friday, May 17 at 7pm. Special Guest is Dustin Lynch. Rhett scored his first No. one hit in 2013 with 'It Goes Like This,' introducing a sound that mixed country county music with pop, R&B and rock.

This week at Arbor Crest

This week's concerts as part of Arbor Crest's Summer Concert Series: Thursday, May 9 at the Tasting Room Stage, live jazz from vocalist Jan Harrison. Music runs from 5:30-7:30, $6 admission. On Sunday, May 12, father-daughter duo One Street Over performs pop-rock-R&B at the Main Stage, from 5:30-7:30. $12 admission.

Spokane Brewers Festival at the Arena May 18



The 2019 Spokane Brewers Festival will celebrate local brewers on Saturday, May 18 from 12noon-7pm inside the Spokane Arena. This year's event will top off Spokane Craft Beer Week, May 11-18 in which 50+ events are planned throughout the city, including brewery collaborations, beer dinners and tap takeovers.

Heart Strings Guitar Pull this Friday at the Fox

Spokane Jazz Orchestra at the Bing this Saturday

Young Frankenstein is coming to the stage at Civic Theatre



The hilarious New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein opens at the Civic Theater on Wednesday, May 17 and runs through Sunday, June 16. Grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, Frederick Frankenstein inherits his family's estate in Transylvania. With the help of a hunchbacked sidekick, Igor, and a lab assistant, Inga, Frederick finds himself in the mad scientist shoes of his ancestors.

The Music of Prince at First Interstate May 16



It's a non-stop Prince Party at the First Interstate Center on Thursday, May 16. Live Nation Urban and TCG Entertainment will create and tour the first and only official Estate approved symphonic Prince celebration, titled 4U: The Music of Prince with Symphony.

4U will present the music of Prince with a full symphony orchestra. In addition, each show will feature a live band with world-class musicians and vocalists who will perform alongside the orchestra. 4U will draw from Prince's extensive music catalog, highlighting many of his hits.
