Book signing at Art Spirit Gallery this Friday



This new art lovers book, "McCuddin: The Inner Eye," written by Doug and Shelly Clark, about the works of Mel McCuddin has recently been published. Doug and Shelly will be at a special book signing event at the Art Spirit Gallery at 415 Sherman Ave in downtown Coeur d'Alene this Friday, March 15.

Annual St. Patrick's Day parade this Saturday



The 41st Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, presented by the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, is this Saturday, March 16. The parade begins at noon at the staging area in the Spokane Arena parking lot. It also concludes there. A recent tradition began by the Friendly Sons has been to help 2nd Harvest with donations of both food and cash. Parade entrants and spectators are encouraged to contribute to this important activity.

Spokane Symphony Classics 8: French Mystique



Celebrate Spring with the Spokane Symphony, performing Saint Saens' elegant Violin Concerto No. 3 and Bartok's popular Concerto for Orchestra. Performances are Saturday, March 23, 8pm and Sunday, March 24, 3pm, at at Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox, featuring Music Director finalist Arthur Arnold, and rising star violinist Simone Porter from Seattle. Meet Maestro Arnold for a Q&A one hour and 15 minutes before each performance, followed by a pre-concert talk, which is free to all ticketholders.

Spokane Motorcycle Show & Sale this coming weekend



The 16th Annual Spokane Motorcycle Show & Sale, presented by Toyota, is at the Spokane Fair & Expo Center, this Friday through Sunday, March 15-17. This year's show will feature hundreds of motorcycles and accessories, great discounts and financing. The area's best bikes will compete for trophies, prizes and more. You can try your hand in the Law Shark Indoor Poker Run, and Toyota will give away $100 Gas Cards every two hours. The show will also feature and Indoor Stunt Show, and Beard & Mustache competition.

Post Modern Jukebox at the Fox tomorrow



Fox Presents the return of internet sensation, Postmodern Jukebox, in their 'Welcome to the Twenties 2.0' show, coming to the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox, this Thursday, March 14 at 7:30pm. The tour is meant to prepare the world for a new decade - one that Postmodern Jukebox creator Scott Bradlee hopes will see a return to the style and craftsmanship that typified the music of past generations.

Legally Blonde The Musical coming to Spokane March 21



Based on the well-loved movie, Legally Blonde - The Musical, is the story that follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, sexism, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams and will take you from the sorority house to the halls of justice as Broadway's brightest new heroine and, of course, her Chihuahua, Bruiser.

The Flick continues at the Spokane Civic Theater



The Flick is about a run-down movie theater in central Massachusetts, where three underpaid employees mop the floors and attend to one of the last 35 millimeter film projectors in the state. Their tiny battles and not-so-tiny heartbreaks play out in the empty aisles, becoming more gripping than the lackluster, second-run movies on screen. This is a Pulitzer Prize Winner for Drama of 2014.

Spokane Symphony Chamber Soiree March 26 & 27



Musical elegance awaits in this up-close and personal chamber soiree evening. A mix of baroque, classical and contemporary music introduced and performed by various ensembles from the Spokane Symphony.
