Northwest Bach Festival's December Concerts

This Wednesday, December 6, 7:30pm at Hagadone Event Center, 900 Floating Green Dr. in Coeur d'Alene, there will be a special performance by 2017 Triple Grammy Winner Zuill Bailey, cello, with Greg Presley, piano, performing Tales of Hemingway.

On Thursday, December 7, 7:30pm at Barrister Winery, 1213 W. Railroad Ave. in Spokane, a performance by Break of Reality - Cello Rock. Three cellos and percussion, a combination of classical, rock and world music,Break of Reality has reached millions via social media platforms including its popular Game of Thrones theme on You Tube.

On Friday, December 8, 7:30pm at Washington Cracker Co. Building, 304 W. Pacific in downtown Spokane, performances by Break of Reality - Cello Rock and Zuill Bailey solo.

The Nutcracker Ballet coming to the Fox Nov 30



The acclaimed Santa Barbara-based State Street Ballet and 75 local dancers will create holiday magic with The Nutcracker under the artistic direction of Rodney Gustafson, who has worked with legendary dancers such as Mikhail Baryshnikov, Alvin Ailey, and George Balanchine. They will be accompanied by Tchaikovsky's majestic score, performed live by the Spokane Symphony.

Arbor Crest Holiday Art Show coming Dec 8



Arbor Crest Wine Cellars will have their 2nd Annual Holiday Art Show, Friday, December 8 from 3-6pm and Saturday, December 9 from noon-6pm. Santa Breakfast at Southside Senior & Community Center



Santa Claus is coming back to Southside Senior & Community Center with his sleigh and reindeer for breakfast and photos. Breakfasts dates are Saturday, December 2, 9 & 16 from 9am-12 noon.

Robert Cray coming to the Bing Dec 7



Singer, guitarist, songwriter Robert Cray is a multiple Grammy winner and Blues Hall of Famer, and will perform at the Bing Crosby Theater on Thursday, December 7 at 8pm. After 40 years, the energy of the Cray Band's rocking, blues, soul-filled ballads and timeless R&B, still sound fresh. Special guest is Sammy Eubanks.

First Friday Spokane, December 1

The Kolva-Sullivan Gallery at 115 South Adams presents 'Bringing It Home,' an oil and canvas show by artist Megan Marten-Haworth, opening is this Friday, December 1 from 5-8pm. And next door, also Friday from 5-8, the Trackside Gallery Ceramic Art Studio is showing Cup of Joy featuring over 30 invited artists from across the country.

Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra special performance Dec 4 at the Fox



The Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra, with Conductor Kevin Hekmatpanah and guest Violinis Itamar Zorman will have a special performance on Monday, December 4 at 7:30pm at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox. Musical selections include Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92 and Dvorak's Violin Concerto in A Minor, Op. 53.

Spokane Guilds' School Fundraiser Dec 6

Thrillusionist David DaVinci and North Central High School are presenting the Guilds' School Fundraiser show on Wednesday, December 6 at 7pm at the NCHS Theater, 1600 N Howard.

David DaVinci is a world-class illusionist who has completed multiple world tours, starred in and co-produced 'Magical Flight' at the Hyatt Regency Saipan, headlined on five Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Productions, Headlined at theme parks and on Disney, Holland America, Princess and Norwegian Cruise lines all over the globe. He has won multiple national and international awards including the Pacific Rim Professional Stage Championship, and the Masters of Magic Award.
