Inland Northwest RV Show this Thursday through Sunday sponsored by SR Media and The Spokesman-Review



The 27th Annual Inland Northwest RV show, sponsored by SR Media and The Spokesman-Review, is coming to the Fairgrounds this Thursday through Sunday, January 22nd through 25th. It's the largest RV Show ever, using every building at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center. Over 200,000 square feet of gleaming RV's and accessories. $13 million dollars in RV's.

This year's Show will have hundreds of RV's and accessories on display and all on sale. Special 'One-Time' Show discounts will be offered. Factory Reps from around the United States will be there to answer your questions. From retirees who travel frequently, to hunters and fishermen, rock climbers, skiers, weekend get-awayers and young families trying to save on vacation travel costs, there is something for everyone. More than 50 brands will be represented.

Regular admission is $8 (good all weekend). 12 and under free when with an adult. Show hours are Thurs Jan 22 Senior Day, noon to 8p, Friday and Saturday Jan. 23 & 24, 10a to 8p, Sunday Jan. 25, 10a to 4p.

The Spokane Symphony presents the music of Debussy and Mahler this weekend

This Saturday, January 24 at 8pm and Sunday, January 25 at 3pm, the Spokane Symphony, with conductor Eckart Preu, will perform works of Debussy, the magical 'Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun,' Mason Bate's 'Mothership' and Mahler's grand Symphony No. 5, as part of the Symphony's Classics Series.

One hour before each Classics Series concert, the conductor, and selected guests present background material on the music and composers to be featured in the evening's repertoire. This pre-concert talk is free to all ticket holders.

Ticket prices are $15, $25, $37, $46 and $54 and can be purchased at the Box Office of Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, by calling 509-624-1200 or at all TicketsWest outlets.

Suds & Cinema: The Royal Tannenbaums at the Bing tonight

The Inlander presents a special showing of the film 'The Royal Tannenbaums' a the Bing Crosby Theaters tonight, Wednesday, January 21 as part of their 'Suds and Cinema' series.

Doors open at 6:30 and movie starts at 7:30. Cost is $4 at the door. $4 beer. The film is rated R.

Two chances to see the Spokane Chiefs play this weekend

Don't miss the Spokane Chiefs as they face the Tri-City Americans this Saturday night, January 24 at 7:05pm at the Spokane Arena. And on Sunday, January 25, it's the Chiefs vs. the Seattle Thunderbirds at 5:05pm. Tickets prices are $10 to $23 per game and available at Ticketswest outlets.

Beautiful music with cello, guitar and two lovely voices

A recital this Friday, January 23rd, 1pm at Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church, will feature lush romantic music in a comfortable setting. It's free and open to the public.

Performances by Roberta Bottelli on cello, Paul Grove on guitar, and Melissa Drumm, soprano, and Angela Hunt, mezzo soprano, will sing duets by Schumann and Offenbach, as well as selections by Barber and Branscombe.

Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church is at 4102 S Crestline, on the South Hill with ample parking at the church. The concert is free to the public.

Disney on Ice to Bring Frozen to Spokane



Feld Entertainment will bring the Disney On Ice production of the Academy Award winning animated feature film, 'Frozen' to Spokane this fall. Enter a fantastical winter wonderland beyond all imagination.
